Terms of Service
本條款（條件、約定）用於建立您與玩猴遊戲股份有限公司 (下稱「我們」或「玩猴」) 旗下產品及遊戲之間的關係。
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with macaca.games and the games operated by Macaca Games Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

The terms "game" or "app" refer to the games we create, including its various editions and expansion content across all devices and platforms.

Purchases
部分遊戲及產品中我們提供付款選項，您可以藉此購買更多進階服務與內容，您可能需要提供與您的購買相關的某些信息，包括但不限於您的信用卡號、信用卡的到期日期、您的帳單郵寄地址和送貨信息。
In some of our games, you may purchase any additional product or service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
訂閱服務
Subscriptions
在部分產品中，我們提供訂閱功能，服務的某些部分將按訂閱收費。您將被定期（計費周期）預先計費。計費周期設置為每週、每月或每年，具體取決於您在購買訂閱時選擇的訂閱計劃類型。
In some of our product, service are billed on a subscription basis (Paid Subscription). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Billing Cycle). Billing cycles are set either on a weekly, monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
您對我們遊戲的付費訂閱將在適用的計費周期結束時自動續訂，除非您在當時的計費周期結束前取消您的付費訂閱。
Your Paid Subscription to our games will automatically renew at the end of the applicable Billing Cycle, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Cancellation of Subscriptions
取消將在當前計費周期的最後一天的次日生效，屆時您將降級為免費服務；在當前計費周期結束之前，您可以持續訪問附加內容，我們不會退還已支付給我們的任何訂閱費用。
The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current Billing Cycle, and then you will be downgraded to the Free Service; before the end of the current Billing Cycle you may still access the additional content, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.
如果您使用優惠券代碼購取得付費訂閱內容，您的訂閱將自動在優惠券代碼規定的期限結束時終止。如果您通過第三方購買了付費訂閱，則必須直接與該第三方（例如 App Store 或 Google Play）取消。
If you have purchased a Paid Subscription using a Coupon Code, your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the period stated in the Coupon Code. If you have purchased your Paid Subscription through a third party, you must cancel directly with that third party (e.g. App Store or Google Play).

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of third parties.

Change of Terms of Service
當產品的內容發生變更時，本公司將有可能修訂服務條款，相關修正規定將會公告於本網站，並以公告或電子郵件方式通知全體用戶（如果您曾以任何方式提供電子郵件地址予我們）。當您於服務條款任何修改或變更後繼續使用本公司網站與其所附屬之網站服務，表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受服務條款修改或變更後之內容。如果您不同意本服務條款，請您立即停止使用本公司網站與其所附屬之網站服務。
In the future, the game or our practices may change. When we make changes related to our service, we will revise this Terms of Service to reflect the changes. We’ll post the updated version on our website, and will notify you via email (if you have provided your email in any way before). As you keep using our service or our products, it means that you agree and understand the new version of the Terms of Service.
